Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

 

At Harmonivity, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our clients. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of booking are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made after 2 days of booking qualify for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Any modifications or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.

 

Refund requests will be processed promptly within the stipulated time frame.

 

Harmonivity offers diverse services for individuals and organisations. In cases involving collaborations with third parties, advance payments are subject to partial refund or discussion based on mutually agreed terms. 

 

Refund eligibility for Coaching Services aligns with individual service contracts, ensuring clarity and fairness in our service provisions.

 

General Terms

 

Post-Service Refunds: Refunds are generally not applicable once services have been delivered. Our commitment remains in ensuring maximum satisfaction. Please engage with us for further assistance or alternate arrangements.

 

Rescheduling Options: Requests to adjust service delivery timelines are welcome in unforeseen circumstances. Contact us via email for mutual agreement and coordination.

 

Third-Party Engagement: Refund or rescheduling provisions involving third parties adhere strictly to their individual terms and conditions.

 

Services Not Delivered

 

Customer Non-Availability: Failure to avail scheduled services does not warrant refunds. However, rescheduling options remain available. 

 

Harmonivity Service Non-Delivery: If Harmonivity fails to render services as agreed upon, a full refund or mutually acceptable rescheduling will be arranged.

 

Legal Obligations

 

Disclaimer of Liability: Harmonivity disclaims any liability arising from reliance on our services, subject to applicable laws.

 

Governing Law: Any dispute arising from this policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Sub judice.

Modification of Policy: Harmonivity reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at its discretion. Changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
