Actualize

Here, I get to the heart of it all – the "Action" phase. Here's where we roll up our sleeves and dive headfirst into addressing the HR challenges we've uncovered. It's like putting together the pieces of a complex puzzle to reveal a clear picture. â€‹

This is the research, design, testing and implementation phase. I love to co-create and often work with a project team including your team members.

  • We take a test drive with a "Pilot & Validation" process to ensure our solutions are just right before launching them on a larger scale. 

  • "Continuous Feedback" mechanisms keep us in tune with your organization, gathering insights and feedback from employees and stakeholders to fine-tune and adjust our solutions. 

  • I provide training and development opportunities for your HR teams and employees, ensuring they're well-prepared for the exciting changes and new practices ahead.

I manage the implemented solutions, making sure they are effectively applied and maintained, much like tending to a beautiful garden. I hand over and ensure you have a finished product.

Goal:

The ultimate goal is to "Sustain" this success by adapting solutions to your ever-evolving organizational needs and making necessary adjustments.

How:

  • Measurement takes center stage with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, helping us gauge the impact of our HR initiatives and monitor their success. 

  • Once the initiatives have proven their worth, we're ready to scale them up, expanding and replicating these HR solutions to benefit your organization even more widely.
